While in Paris, I went to the Grand Palais to see Anish Kapoor's
Monumenta 2011 exhibit. It was absolutely amazing. These are photos of the interior, which made me feel like I was in the belly of a whale.
Here's a little combo post of the exhibit with my outfit for the day. I bought this dress earlier in the day at a thrift store called
Free P Star. I must have looked like a mad woman in that store. Two floors jam packed with all sorts of dresses and fashion goodies.
The exterior of this piece blew me away. The sheer size of the giant orbs inside the most beautiful building I've ever seen was something out of a dream for me.
